She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Davis McKee and Thomas Mac McKee; her son Steven Michael Olson; and her sister Audry. She is survived by: her husband Leland Dean Olson; her daughters, Sondra Waltenbaugh and Sheri Fowler (Jeff); her grandchildren, Kaila, Katrina, Jakeob, Alexander, Kyle and Zachariah; her great grandchildren, Jason, Aubriana and Lumin; and her sister Pat Petznick. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to either the Wesleyan Church or to the Disabled American Veterans Association in her name.
