He is survived by: his children, Stan Starr (Jean), Tom Starr (Jean), Mitchell, Rodney Starr (Rhonda) and Annette Starr of Morris, MN; and his sister Lois Denison (Larry) of Richmond, VA.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
