She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Hornback and Edith Hornback (James); her husband Calvin Dicus (Bud); her children, Debra Lynn Lang and Gary Lee; and her siblings, Gerald Hornback, Delores Collins, Marjorie Placek and Beulah Summers.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis (Pat), Mitchell and Kent. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.
