As Donald departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Donald may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Donald leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Skinner and Catherine Skinner (Flamming); his wife Colleen Valentine of Ft. Pierre; and his sister Constance. He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Skinner (Pat), Carol Terrill (Greg) and John Skinner (Sandy) of Mitchell, SD. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
