He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Koch and Catherine Koch (Wolf); and his sister Beverly Speelman (Charles). He is survived by: his wife Marlene Sigmund; his children, Darryl Koch of Ann Arbor, MI, Sharon Kruse (Mike) of Eagan, MN and Lori Fergen (Brian) of Ames, IA; and his grandchildren, Kaden Kruse, Kenyon, Camden, Ashton and Grayson Fergen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Mitchell Heart and Sole.
