He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Sonne and Mathilda Sonne (Regynski); and his brother Calvin. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Kristi Sonne of Sioux Falls and Kari Schroeder (Jason) of Mitchell; his grandchildren, Tyler and Maci Schroeder; his siblings, Junior Sonne and Diane Cain; and his sister-in-law Sharon Baur. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
