She was predeceased by: her parents, John Usher and Judith Usher (Baker); her husband Wayne Laird; her siblings, Hal Usher (Marcella), Wayne Usher (Sally), Robert Usher (Marcene) and Wanda Miller (Earl); her sons-in-law, Harlan Gran and Paul Joslin; her parents-in-law, Raymond and Hazel Laird; and her brother-in-law Leonard Laird.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Rae, Peggy Ann, Judy Andersen (William) of Austin, TX and Peggy Pearson (Tom) of Mitchell; and her sister-in-law Beverly Rowley of Mitchell. She is also survived by five grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren.
