Clayton Strong Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clayton Strong of Mitchell, South Dakota, who passed away on January 10, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Strong and Esther Strong (Tillotson); his siblings, Ruth Nebelsick and Warren; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Strong.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Amy) and Daniel (Maylyne); his grandchildren, Emily Carroll (Joe), Allie, Nathaniel, Bekah, Makayla, Lillian, Julia, Zachary, Elizabeth, Yosemite and Gunnison; his great grandchildren, Evan and Elliott; his wife Barb; and his siblings, Vernon of Newark, IL, Richard of Clarkesville, GA and Miriam of Clarkesville, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a memorial to Harvest Community Church or the Helping Hand Pantry.
