She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett King and Lena King (Wolf); her husband Jerry Nicholson; her grandson Bradley Nicholson; her sister Nellie King; her parents-in-law, Clifton and Lucille Nicholson; and her siblings-in-law, Jessie King, Ross Lee and Keith Nicholson (Donna).
She is survived by: her children, Jodi Nicholson of Mitchell, Brian Nicholson (Renee) of Mitchell, Layne Nicholson (Anita) of Mitchell and Scott Nicholson (Carol) of Letcher; and her siblings, Caroline Lee of Mitchell, Leo King of Sioux Falls, Leonard King (Margaret) of Apache Junction, AZ and Irvin King (Jean) of Artesian. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bittner Funeral Chapel (805 W Havens Ave, Mitchell, SD 57301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
