He is survived by: his wife Wanda Kobes (Strand); his children, Karlie Kobes, Kristie Contreras (Victor Sr.), Natalie Kobes and Charlie "Chuck" Jr. Kobes (Steph); his grandchildren, Ahnna, Kaden, Victor Jr. Riley, Peyton, Tyson, Avery, Kameron and Wyatt; his brother Larry Kobes (Colleen) of Minot, ND; and his pet Mia.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
