It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Baumgartner of Mitchell, South Dakota, who passed away on July 29, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcom Kriel and Eleonora Kriel (Dzuck); her husband Bill (Bill); her brother Wilmer Kriel; and her grandson Jonah Baumgartner.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Randy; her children, Laurel Hartwig (Randy) of Mitchell, SD, Marion Barron (Ron) of Dallas, TX, David Baumgartner of Kittery Point, ME and Daniel Baumgartner (Sonja VanGuilder) of Hudson, WI; and her grandsons, Elijah Baumgartner of Minneapolis, MN and Isaiah Baumgartner of Eau Claire, WI..
