He was predeceased by: his parents, Aleks Block and Barbara Block (Dargatz); his son-in-law Russ DeCurtins; and his siblings, Ralph, Clara, Nicholas, Norbert, Carol and Arnie.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Tofley; his children, Brenda, Jodi (Alan), Lonnie and Rhonda (Mike); and his siblings, Floyd, Maxine, Joyce and Nancy. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
