He is survived by: his wife Nellie Stemper of Mission Hill; his son Chad Stemper (Jennifer) of Yankton; his grandchildren, Alisha and Zachary; his great grandchildren, Gabriel and Nicholas; and his siblings, Rita Van Norman (Bob) of Spearfish, Dawn Wirth of Sioux Falls, Gyla Bittner of Yankton, David Stemper (Lynette) of Tennessee and Phillip Stemper (Lori) of Mitchell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
