He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Braun and Irene Braun (Geist). He is survived by: his former wife Arlene Kallas of Leola, SD; his son Travis Braun (Rachel); his grandchildren, Heidi and Lucas; his son Troy Braun (Jennifer Cornelius); his stepchildren, Jared Brown and Ansley Shelnut (Sargent); and his brothers, Jim Braun (JoAnn), Bob Braun (Vickie) and LeRoy Braun (Stacy).
Wayne's wishes were to be cremated and due to rising Covid cases in the area and in an effort to keep family and friends safe, no services will be held at this time.
