He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy V. Knutson and LaVerda Knutson; and his brother Roy V.. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Jayne Vogt; his children, Sherri of Red Wing, MN and David (DeNae); his grandchildren, Chelsea Gebel (Jesse) of Red Wing, MN, Tyler and Carter of Mankato, MN; and his sister-in-law Charlotte of Long Lake, MN.
