He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Fulton and Juanita "Pearl" Fulton (Hullet); his siblings, Charles, Keith, Beverly and Norma Jean; his half-sisters, Jean Wisby and Jane Horton; his son Brian; and his grandson Dylan.
He is survived by: his wife Annie; his sons, Mark (Susan), Paul (Kayleen) and Neil (Molly); and his daughter-in-law Lisa. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and the many relatives and friends.
