He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hargens and Bessie Hargens (Snyder); and his siblings, George Hargens (Lois), Edward Hargens (Charlene), Marvin Hargens (Donna), Mabel Holt (Sheldon), Hazel Clement (Charles) and Eileen Stender (Herb).
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hargens (Gross); his children, Rick Hargens (Melodee), Craig Hargens, Michele JuVette (Scott), Michael Hargens (Selena) and Timothy Hargens (Sheila); his grandchild Lindsay Chilson (Garret); his children, Emily Hargens, Colin Hargens (Geri), MacKenzie JuVette, Taylor JuVette (Katie), Sawyer JuVette (Shelby), Noah JuVette, Tage Hargens, Tristan Hargens, Kiauna Hargens (Trisha) of Nick Zolnowsky, AJ, Irma Esparza (Freddie) and Vanessa Esparza (Austin); and his brothers, Richard Hargens, Charles Hargens and Raymond Hargens (Linda).
