It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine E. Roeber of Miller, South Dakota, who passed away on September 26, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Frederick Winsell and Elsie G. Engelmann; her husband Wendell Keith Roeber; and her siblings, Carl F. "Rick" Winsell (Marie), Phyllis Resel (Orville) and Harriet Sisk (Clayton "Tip").
She is survived by: her sons, Steven (Marilyn) of Springboro and Scott (Kim) of Tulare; her grandchildren, Stacey Dettwiller (Will), David Roeber (Kelsey), Jessica Oswald (Jordan), Elizabeth Colford (Neal) of West Fargo, ND, Andrew Roeber (Jess) of Miller, SD, Alex Roeber (Lucy Blocker) of Pierre, SD and Erika Franck (Dalton) of West Fargo, ND; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Scarlett Dettwiller, Chandler Oswald, Connor Colford, Kenzi, Kayli, Elsie, Luke Roeber and Harper Franck. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
