He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Davis and Lorriane Davis; his wife Diana Davis; his granddaughter Mary Jo Davis; his parents-in-law, Pat and Dagny Burt; and his siblings, Linda Schmidt, Donald and Kevin Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Chuck Lavern Davis Jr. (Polly) and Darann Davis (Travis); his brother Dale Davis; his brother-in-law Schmidt; his grandchildren, McKenzie, Riley Davis, Charg, Cache', Cinch Hebb and Brandin Jewett; and his great grandchildren, Thad Feist, Sophia and Samuel Reede.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kinkade Funeral Chapel (1235 Junction Ave, Sturgis, SD 57785). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Buffalo High School (12474 Tipperary St, Buffalo, SD 57720).
