He is survived by: his wife Viola Ward of Milbank, SD; his children, Lonnie Lowe (Masha) of South Shore, SD and Connie Mayorga (Michael) of Burnsville, MN; and his siblings, Robert Lowe (Frances) and Verna Sparks of Yankton, SD.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
