He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldred Thiele and Darlyn Thiele (Steltz); his brother Darwin Thiele; his brother-in-law Scott George; and his father-in-law Eugene Cloos.
He is survived by: his former wife Deborah Cloos; his wife Deb Thiele of Corona, SD; his children, Misty Pharr of Benson, MN, Jeremy Frensko (Emily) of Watertown, SD, Paul Thiele, Jr. (Lacy Holte) and Malinda Thiele (Justin Kohn) of LaBolt, SD; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Pharr, Nicolas Pharr, Tabitha Pharr, Rachel Pharr, Caleb Pharr, Avery Van Overbeke, Asher Young, Kolt Thiele and Annabeth Kohn; his siblings, Lynda George of Paynesville, MN, Mary Korstjens (Jim) of Milbank, SD and Roger Thiele; his sister-in-law Debbie Thiele of Milbank, SD; and his mother-in-law Beverly Cloos. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews; and many friends.
