He is survived by: his wife Donna Patnoe of Milbank, SD; his children, Randy Patnoe (Robin) of Milbank, SD, Jim Patnoe (Jodi) of Genoa City, WI and Karalee Van Stralen of Cornelius, NC; his grandchildren, Heidi Van Stralen of Charlotte, NC, Hailey Van Stralen of Charlotte, NC, Rachel Larson (Evan) of Harrisburg, SD, Ryan Patnoe (Whitney) of Aberdeen, SD, Lauren Whelan (Sam) of Chicago, IL and Allison Ullman (Danny) of Chicago, IL; his sister Diane Odland (Joel) of Sisseton, SD; and his sisters-in-law, Wynn Boerger and Carol Oltman. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
