He is survived by: his wife Caroline Kinney; and his great grandchildren, Diann, Vernell Johnson, Gayle Liebe, Teri, Steve Anderson, Darla, Tim Zubke, Jacob Beck, David, Alisa Johnson, Philip Johnson, Eric Johnson, Katie Johnson, Ernest Liebe, Delina, Chris Woltjer, Joshua Anderson, Sarah, Steve Brennan, Isaac Zubke, Ellie Zubke, Kyler Johnson, Drew Johnson, Sawyer Johnson, Jadyn Woltjer, Caleb Woltjer, Khloe Woltjer, Nate Brennan, Lily Brennan and Hannah Brennan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
