She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis McFarlane and Ruth McFarlane (Crocker) of Wilmot; her husband Lloyd C. Christianson; her son Eric Albert Christianson; and her brothers, Floyd, Arnold and Maurice McFarlane.
She is survived by: her children, Leslie (Judy) of Romney, IN, Joan Hawthorne (Steven) of Hudson, WI, Ellen Christianson of Appleton, MN and Amy Christianson (Kevin McMullen) of New York, NY; her grandchildren, Leif, Nils Christianson (Sonya), Chris Kvatum, Matthew Hawthorne (Kelly Hoffman) and Kara Hawthorne-Harrison (Adam); her great grandchildren, Maia, Felix, Walter and Arthur; and her sister Evelyn Reynen (Donald) of Milbank, SD..
As a member of the Wilmot Lutheran Church, Doris served in many capacities, including working with WELCA, a group providing quilts, school kits, health kits and other supplies for donation to persons in need.
