He was predeceased by: his father Donald William Schulz; and his brother Thomas Schulz. He is survived by: his mother Leona Mary Schulz (Schreiner); and his siblings, Tim Schulz (Lois) of Green Valley, AZ, Nancy Wierda of Lee's Summit, MO, James Schulz (Linda) of Independence, MO and Karen Amodei of Independence, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
