With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darlene Gefre of Milbank, South Dakota, who passed away on April 10, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph S. Gefre; her sons, Dallas Gefre and Darwin Gefre; and her siblings, Rozella Grote, J. Leonard Schwab, Leon Schwab, Florian Schwab and Norman Schwab.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jolene Nerdahl (John) of Surprise, AZ, Carla Dandurand (Kevin) of Watertown, SD and Jody Dilts (Rick) of Milbank, SD; and her grandchildren, Jarrod Waetjen (Tonia), Riley Dandurand (Ashley), Dustin Dandurand (April), Justin Amsler (Cassie), Eric Dandurand (Danielle), Austin Dilts (Jamela) and Erin Eccles (Justin).
