He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Kalber and Helen Kalber (Carr); and his siblings, William Howe, Barbara Wetter, Mary Vida, James Kalber, Nancy Collins, Kathy Kalber, Karen Kalber and David Kalber.
He is survived by: his wife Lenore; his children, Kimberly Gonzalez (Jose) of Chesterfield, VA, Karen Jenkins (Tim) of Fredericksburg, VA, Jessica Carlson (Chad) of Leesburg, GA and Daniel Kalber, Jr. (Alexandra) of Winchester, VA; and his siblings, Helen Martinez of Bedford, IN and George Kalber (Melissa) of Bloomfield, IN.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
