She was predeceased by: her parents, Melford Karges and Genevieve Karges (Knipple); her husband Verne Foss; her daughters, Theresa'Terry'Malkerson and Cheryl Pauli; her son-in-law Kerry Malkerson; her sister Marlys Karges Kelly; and her brothers-in-law, Asa Kelly, Jerry Mitchell and Merl Foss.
She is survived by: her stepchild Theresa'Terry'; her children, Gary Foss (Vicki) of Hermosa, SD, Steven Foss (Bridgett) of Rapid City, SD, Angela Olson (Barry) of Grand Rapids, MN, Daryl Foss (Lana) of Harker Heights, TX, Karla DeVaal (Jim) of Milbank, SD and Joan Braesch of Rapid City, SD; her son-in-law Neil Pauli; her sister Charlotte Mitchell of Tucson, AZ; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Foss of Watertown, SD. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
The family prefers memorials to be given to It Only Takes A Spark and VFW Auxiliary.
