He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Daly and Ethel Daly (Brady); his former wife Kathleen "Kathy" Feller Daly; his children, Debra Ann Daly, Angie Blanusa and Patrick Daly; and his siblings, Paul, George Daly and Doris Daly Blanusa.
He is survived by: his children, Brennan Daly (Vicki) of Midland, Stacey Daly of Wall, Brady Daly (Radka) of Hartford and Steve Daly (Julie) of Midland; his stepdaughters, Janet Abrahamson (John) of Knoxville and Lynette Clay of Murdo; and his grandchildren, Brooke Sammons, Casey Sammons, Megan Schreiber, Ali Bessler, Olivia McMann, Kip Daly, Ashley Daly, John Daly, Brett Daly, Jack Blanusa, Carson Daly, Danika Blanusa and Dane Daly. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
