He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Nemec and Rena Nemec (DeYoung); and his sister Patty Henderson. He is survived by: his children, James Lee (Jim) of Belle Fourche, SD, Lester Jacob (Jolene) of Flowood, MS, Charlene Kay of Bismark, ND and Christopher John (Stephanie) of Mitchell, SD; his wife Sonia; his siblings, Larry Nemec (Mary) of Pierre, Dick Nemec of Midland and Marjorie Nemec of Midland; his brother-in-law Jerry Henderson of Valentine, Nebraska; his daughter April Meeker (Steve) of Spearfish, SD; and his grandchildren, Jalene Davis (Mark), Chase Abrahamson (Jessica), Crystal Roby (Justin), Shaun Hilmes, Jamie Meeker, Miranda Higham (Jonny), Beth Gori (Joey), Jacob Nemec (Jacque), Joanna Nemec, Kayla Chally (Adam), Dale Nemec, Laura, Grant and Clay Nemec.
