She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Voy and Leona Voy (Burke); her husband Philip Neuharth Jr.; her children, Lonnie Jo and Marcia; her brothers, Harold, Gerald, Melvin and Donny Voy; her great grandchildren, Aiden Hotzler and Kirstan Roubideaux; and her son-in-law Mark Olesen.
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Lue Allen Neuharth (Pam) of Menno, Lue Ann Miller (Rick) of Tabor and Philip Neuharth (Linda) of Menno; her son-in-law Clay Roubideaux of Utica; her grandchildren-in-law, Elizabeth, Clayton, Jonathon, Dianne Hopf (Donavon) of Yankton, Sandra Kuper (Tom Bernard) of Watertown and Mary Olesen (Scott Blackburn) of Yankton; her sisters-in-law, Myrna Voy, Viona Ranney, Arlene Walz and Betty Neuharth; and also, Kelly, Kim, Joshua, Rickey, Amanda, Dana, Philip, Spencer, Jessica, Amy, Carrie, Mandi, Kayla and William. She is also survived by her children, 17 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
