She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence McDowell and Grace Marie McDowell (Gergenson); her siblings, Bill, Richard, Eugene McDowell and Twila McDowell; and her stepson Ricky Low.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Low of Jacksonville, FL; her stepdaughter Terry; her brothers, David, Wayne and Gail McDowell; and her half-sister Rachael.
