She was predeceased by: her husband Ervin Schempp; her parents, Hildebert Guericke and Martha Guericke; and her sister LoRene Hanson. She is survived by: her children, Monica Huber (Gary) of Sioux Falls, SD, Jody Kludt (William) of Lesterville, SD and Jon Schempp (Carlotta Carr) of Menno, SD; her grandchildren, Kristin Detert, Emily Walloch, Ryan Huber, Bryan Kludt, Ty Huber, Levi Kludt, Brooke Tavajian, Richard Kludt, Garrett Schempp, Kaylie Schempp, Salomé Carr and Julius Carr; and her siblings-in-law, Adeline Schempp and Harold Wollman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
