He is survived by: his son Scot Sexton; his grandchildren, Brianna, Paden, Rio, Tava and Lily Sexton; his sister Kathy Watt; his sisters-in-law, Janice Alden and Lenora Ann Marlow; and his nieces and nephews, D'Lynn VanValkenburgh, Jarrod Blosmo, Jason Blosmo, Jordan Watt, Liv Degerness, Danny Watt, Shelia Smith, David Alden, Trixie Bauer and Mauri Cowan. He is also survived by numerous cousins and other extended family.
