She was predeceased by: her daughter Mary Ellen; her grandson Brett; her parents, William Deiss and Clara Deiss; and her siblings, Clayton, Norman, Donald, William, Inez Loida and Marion Gutting.

She is survived by: her husband Marvin; her sons, Mark, Timothy, Greg (Lori) and Stephen; her grandchildren, Amie, Scott, Abby, Jessica, Lauren, Cortney, Benjamin, Luke, Karen, Keith, Megan, Bradley and Michelle; and her great grandchildren, Tina, Jay, Patrick, Ryan, Hanna, Kosta, Stella and Candor.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Brain Aneurysm Foundation.
