He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Albert and Dorothy Ann Kuxhaus (Nelson); and his sisters, Lorri Phillips and Sheri Livermont. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sazama of Mission; his daughters, Melissa Hovde (Erik) and Molly Kuxhaus; his grandsons, Henry, Oliver and Reuben Hovde; his sister Konnie Boomer (Kenny); his brother-in-law Larry Livermont; and his brothers, Monty Kuxhaus (Cathy) and David Kuxhaus (Roxanna). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
