He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruthie and Floyd; and his sister Dee Ann. He is survived by: his sons, Kevin, Andy C. Sargent and Daniel C. Sargent; his siblings, Ron Sargent (Christina Haft), Kenny Sargent and Bobbi Sargent-Hamilton (Dave); his nieces, Kristi Sargent, Isabella Sargent, Sophia Sargent and Jenny Rosane; his nephew Cory Sargent (Lauryn); and his great-nephew James.

My brother, Kevin, and I frequently played together, rode bikes, and had sleepovers with Roy and Kenny. I have very fond memories of those days. Rest in peace my friend. 🙏🏻”
