He is survived by: his wife Eva Jane Chase; his daughters, Lorna Slattery (Joe), Cindy Embree and Gin Stelling (Darrell); his grandchildren, Dr. Breanna and Dr. Casey Slattery; and his daughters, Nicole Embree, Eva and Stella McMillan-Stelling.
