He is survived by: his parents, Kenny Cook and Nancy Cook of Martin, SD; his siblings, Kasey Jo, Andy Dawson, Shyanne, Sydnee, Syerra of Valentine, NE, Korey, Chante Cook, Kayne, Kage of Martin, SD, Kelly, Jeannine Cook of New Underwood, SD, Adrienne, Merle Hicks and Rylee of Martin, SD; and his grandmothers, Betty Marie Cook of Martin, SD and Jean Weinmaster of Martin, SD. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.

A memorial has been established at Security First Bank Martin, SD.
