He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mesteth and Christina Mesteth; his siblings, Max, Floyd Mesteth, Rosie Hedy, Lula, Olive, Freda and Shirley; and his close friend Dian.
He is survived by: his sister Opal Callendar. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
