She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Joe Slattery (Lorna), Jeff Slattery, Paul Slattery and Jean Kirk (Brian); her grandchildren, Casey Slattery, Brianna Slattery, John Paul Slattery (Kaytlyn), Melissa Slattery (Lonnie Lesmeister) and Megan Slattery; and her great grandchildren, Kase, Krew, Kaden, Reagan and Easton.
Through the years Connie was involved in the Beta Sigma Pi sorority, the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Legion Auxiliary and donated many hours of community service.
