He is survived by: his wife Paulette Mardian of Aberdeen, SD.; his children, Scott Wagner (Aimee) of Warner, SD, Paul Wagner (Janel) of Aberdeen, SD, Steven Wagner (Angela) of Fargo, ND, Lisa Hocking (Phillip) of Nashville, TN and Christy Karst (Jayson) of Nashville, TN; his sister Patricia Wagner of Orange, TX; and his grandchildren, Jack, Joseph, Emily, Zanrick, TJ, Kennadee (Scott), Tiffany, Elizabeth (Paul), Ellie, Julia (Steven), Hannah, Olivia and Cecilia (Christy).
