He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Olson and Martha Olson (Hemre); and his siblings, Ruth Oftedal, Bernard Olson, Orville Olson and Arvid Olson.
He is survived by: his sister Berna Schaaf of Madison. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred to Trinity Foundation or Prairie Queen Cemetery.
