She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Cizadlo (Jerry) of Wentworth, Gary (Valerie) of Wentworth and Norman (Kaylene) of Salem, SD; her grandchildren, Anne, Jason, Brian, Kristin, David and Aaron; her sister Faye Gort of Rock Valley, IA; her sister-in-law Eileen Holmes (DeRuiter) of Pella, IA; her brother Dean VanDerWerf (Mary); and also Gene.
