She is survived by: her children, Jackie (Tom Holtz) of Peoria, IL and Dennis Slaughter (Susan) of Madison; her grandchildren, Tim Holtz of Indianapolis, IN, Austin Slaughter (Leslie) of Sioux Falls and Allyson Johnson (David) of Madison; and her great grandchildren, Treyton Brower, Emma, Indy Slaughter, Braylee Dixon, Kina, Blake and Oliva Johnson.
