He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Lengkeek and Mary Lengkeek (Wright); his siblings, James, Leslie and Bonnie; and his children, Carol and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Clymore of Madison; his sons, Kevin Lengkeek (Bonnie) of Maui, HI and Brad Lengkeek (Denise) of Concord, NC; and his brother Dale Lengkeek (Anne) of Wilmington, NC.. He is also survived by adopted children, adopted grandchildren, and adopted great grandchildren.
