Johnson and Ernestine Johnson (Marienau); his former wife Diana Atwood; his children, Bob Johnson (Nancy) of Madison and Ellen Unzelman (Dean) of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Stacia Perry (Derek Hitzemann), Morgan Johnson (Chandler Cannon), Kristina Unzelman (Jared Cox), Sydney Williams (Avery) and Bryn Johnson; his stepgrandchildren, Lisa Klein (Ryan), JoDean Decker, Aaron Unzelman, Abby Engel, Cooper Engel and Tanner Engel; and his sister Deb Krause (John) of Madison.
