He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Limmer and Wanda Limmer (Marvin) of Wentworth, SD.; his sister Marilyn (Gary Olson); and his sisters-in-law, Jackie Limmer and Julie Limmer.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Minnaert; his children, Cynthia "Cindy" Randall (Mark) of Madison and Jayson Limmer of Madison; his grandchildren, Christopher Randall, Nicholas Randall, Tia Cross (Miles) and Thomas Limmer; his great grandchildren, Asher and Nash Cross; and his siblings, Carol Johnson (Gordon) of Sioux Falls, Carvel Limmer (Sharon) of Aurora, CO, Lee Limmer of Wentworth and Kevin Limmer of Dell Rapids.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Madison Veterans Honor Park, VFW Post 2638, 510 S. Washington, Ave., Madison, SD 57042.
