He was predeceased by: his parents, Emanuel Baltzer and Bertha Baltzer (Redmond). He is survived by: his wife Nila Potter Norby of Madison; his children, Todd Norby (Lori) of Madison, Kim Pederson (Mike) of Madison and Lynn Wollwerth (John) of South Carolina; and his siblings-in-law, Darlene Baltzer of Huron, Karen Potter of Winfred, Bonnie Callies of Madison and Tom Ristine of Canada. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
