With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Jean Grassrope of Lower Brule, South Dakota, who passed away on December 19, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Garfield J. Grassrope and Doris L. Eagle Thunder; her children, Galen Grassrope and Davita Grassrope; her grandson Tiernyn Goodface; her grandparents, Joseph Grassrope, Bessie Brave Eagle, Thomas Eagle Thunder and Madaline Tompkins-Eagle Thunder; and her brothers, Harry E. Wright and Justin Grassrope.
She is survived by: her close friend Richard Goodface; her children, Craig Brave Eagle, Joseph Grassrope, Wind Goodface, Garfield Goodface and Leroy Goodface; and her sister Jenny Grassrope.
